S3688, done but not great

Well, the buttons are on and I'm calling it a day on this one.  I wore it to church and it is, at least, very warm!  I think the problems are a combo of too stiff of a fabric (the suiting + sheet as underlining) and a bit too small.  Which is too bad- I love the color and the lining fabric!  The suit fabric itself didn't do me any favors - it's a rayon/poly mix and didn't take pressing well/at all.

However, you have to start somewhere!  This is my first more-structured jacket, and I'm excited about trying more.  I'll post this over at stitcher's guild to see what other advice they have for me.

Apologies for my un-brushed hair!

Overall view-  the lighting is really accentuating wrinkles and puckers here.

Back - pooling at waist.

Binding when I raise my arms, but perhaps that is not unusual?

Front view - it lies a little better than this in front normally.  Arms are at least an inch too short.
