Stella!

So, here is what I did during winter storm Stella:

I was planning on doing this stencil (Magdalena, from Alabama Chanin) on transparency film sheets like my last one, but those are so unwieldy!  And I had none at home, but I did have the paper printouts of the stencil.

Aaaand....I had some black vinyl fabric that I was just, honestly never going to use.  One yard, at 5$/yard from Fabric.com, as part of a bigger order.  I'd hoped it was leather-look, but it was just pure, shiny black.

So, now it's a stencil! Jury is still out on whether I can get the stencil to cleanly adhere to fabric instead of just rolling all over the place, but I'm pretty optimistic.
