Vogue 1554 Step 27, half way there?

I figured I should show some progress pics just to emphasize how strange of a pattern this is!

The paper pieces are huge and required taping - so big that it's hard to photograph them!  The "front" is on the right, "back" is on the left, but those are strange names since both wrap around to both sides.  You can barely see the hip dart on the left - the shorter piece eventually will wrap around to the front underneath the front piece.

Aaaaand, here it is, partially assembled!  Same as above, the back is on the left, front on the right.  You can see that the right armhole is sewn at the shoulder, the other front/back join will eventually have a zipper up the side and a snap at the shoulder.  On the far right is the part of the front that wraps all around to drape across the back - it goes diagonal from about the middle of the back bottom up to the shoulder.
